Scott Bayliss began his career at Lotton Glass under Charles Lotton in 1996. Charles originally hired him to make jewelry from broken pieces of Lotton glass. While acting as an apprenticed for Charles Scott's drive and talent were immediately recognized and encouraged. He spent his free time honing his craft and often staying very late to improve his techniques. In 1999 he created his first calle lilly pieces in an attempt to create his own style and emblem. Since then Scott has developed additional techniques and styles that make his original calle lilly, orchid, rose and columbine floral designs unique and beautiful.
